Filesatu.co.id, Denpasar Bali |Pangdam IX/Udayana Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., led the Handover Ceremony and the Corps Report Tradition of Three Kodam IX/Udayana Officers, as well as several Korem Officers from Kodam IX/Udayana, which was held in the Hall of Makodam IX/Udayana, Udayana Street No. 1, Denpasar City, on Wednesday (1/3/2023).
The three positions handed over were Kapoksahli Pangdam IX/Udayana from Brigadier General Hardian Achmadi, S.E., M.Tr.(Han)., to Brigadier General Pranito Dwinarwan, S.I.P., Danrindam IX/Udayana from Colonel Inf Togu Parmonangan, S.I.P., M.M., to Colonel Inf Wirawan Eko Prasetyo, S.E., and the Position of Katopdam IX/Udayana from Colonel Ctp Arief Mushoffak, S.T., to Colonel Ctp I Komang Budi Arhantika.
Apart from that, the position of Kasrem 162/WB was also handed over from Colonel Inf Lalu Habibburahhim Wiradarma, S.I.P., M.Sc., to Colonel Inf Susanto Lastua Manurung, S.I.P., Head of Intelligence for Kasrem 161/WS from Colonel Kav Fadjar Wahyudi Broto to Colonel Inf Sentot Dwi Purnomo, Kasiops Kasrem 161/WS from Colonel Inf Horas Sitinjak, S.I.P., to Colonel Inf Herwin Rizayan Iszal, S.I.P., M.Sc., Kasipers Kasrem 162/WB from Colonel Caj Rudi Priyanto, S.E., M.M., to Colonel Inf Arif Munawar, S.E. , M.M., Kasilog Kasrem 161/WS from Colonel Cpl Budi Utomo, S.E., M.Si., to Colonel Inf Suparman, S.Sos., M.Sc., and Dandim 1604/Kupang from Colonel Inf Muhammad Iqbal Lubis to Lieutenant Colonel Wiwit Jalu Wibowo.
In carrying out the Sertijab Ceremony, it was preceded by the Corps Report for Receiving New Officers, namely kissing the Kodam IX/Udayana “Praja Raksaka” which meant that the new officials had been officially accepted as members of the Kodam IX/Udayana.
In his address, the Pangdam said that the replacement of officials within the TNI is part of the mechanism for organizational and personnel development as well as a leadership regeneration process, so that it can encourage a renewal spirit and mindset in order to refresh, improve organizational performance and career development efforts in order to gain task experience and insights that wider.
The Pangdam revealed that Kodam IX/Udayana has the main task of securing state sovereignty and the territorial integrity of the Republic of Indonesia, especially in the Bali Nusra region from various forms of threats and disturbances that come from within and outside the country. For this reason, every Kodam IX/Udayana Soldier must be able to play a role and maintain the situation in the Bali and Nusa Tenggara regions so that they remain conducive.
“Good cooperation and coordination between staff as well as constructive input is needed to determine leadership policies so that tasks can be carried out optimally. Therefore, new officials should immediately learn the main tasks and adapt to the work environment. Give a positive color which is able to motivate increased performance-based professionalism in their respective staff,” hoped the Pangdam.
Furthermore, the Pangdam welcomes and enjoys serving at Kodam IX/Udayana to new officials and wives with the hope that the trust that has been given by the TNI AD leadership can be carried out properly and with full sense of responsibility. Meanwhile, to the old officials and their wives, the Pangdam thanked them for their service at the IX/Udayana Regional Military Command so far. Use the experience you have gained as a provision to continue working and being creative in serving in your new assignment.
“Some of the emphasis that I convey is to be understood, guided and implemented, so that the duties and responsibilities of the IX/Udayana Military Command in upholding state sovereignty and the integrity of the land territory of the Unitary State of Republic Indonesia, especially the Bali Nusra region, can be carried out properly,” concluded the Pangdam.
The handover ceremony was attended by Irdam IX/Udayana, Danrem 163/WSA, Expert Staff of Pangdam IX/Udayana, Asrendam IX/Udayana, Assistants of Kasdam IX/Udayana, LO AL, LO AU, Da/Ka Balak Kodam IX/Udayana and Chairman, Deputy and Management Persit KCK PD IX / Udayana.
